If you have checked all
the options and none of
them seems to work, then
the problem is probably
an error in the HTML
code or you are going
through a proxy server
or firewall that has all
requests to port 81
disabled. In the case of
proxy server or
firewall, you will not
see any MS-Links banners
or logo (below the
banner) on any pages.
If it is an error in
HTML, please compare
with the original HTML
code you received. If
you still cannot get it
to work, then please

Forgot password
On the
Lost Password page,
enter the email address
that you used when you
registered with MS-Links
Exchange. Then click on
'Send' and new password
will be emailed to you.

Not receiving
credits
This is usually due to
an error in the HTML
logic, or having more
than one account number.
Please check the account
number in the MS-Links
HTML on your pages to be
sure that it matches the
account number which you
are checking credits
for.
If the banner shows up
as a broken image, then
it is not being
displayed and you are
not getting credits.
This is caused by an
HTML error. You may want
to get a fresh copy of
the HTML - Just
Log-In Here; and
enter your account
number and password,
then click the Get HTML
button.

Not receiving
enough credits
This can happen if the
banner is further down
on a page than other
things. Comparison of
pageviews to banner
requests will probably
not match, because some
people browse in text
only and others click
away or stop the page
from loading completely.
If you have multiple
pages, and you are not
using unique page
numbers then you will
not receive unique
credits for each page.
Please Log-In to your
account and click on
'Get HTML' and use our
multiple page code
generator and insert
different HTML codes on
each page you wish
credit for.

Please be sure that your
account number is
followed by a hyphen and
your banner size code
(#### - #).

Cannot upload banner
If the error is that the
dimensions are wrong,
then the Gif file may be
corrupted or may not be
the
right size. Banners
submitted must be less
than 13k and match the
size of the banner
exchange your are
joining. Banner must be
uploaded from your hard
drive via our uploading
banner screens in the
members area.

No response
after sending feedback
We try to answer all
mail within 48 hours.
Usually we answer within
24, except on weekends
or when we are about to
release an update. If
you sent mail or
feedback that warranted
a reply and have not
received one, chances
are that the return
e-mail address was
wrong.

Only MS-Links Banners
banners appear
If you have just joined,
then this will occur
until your banner has
been approved.
This can also occur if
there is a shortage in
targets for your
segment. For example, if
you are one of two sites
in an imaginary segment
called "Cool Stuff", and
the other site had
millions of hits per
hour, then there would
be few banners targeted
toward this segment that
would be left for
display on your site.
This is an extreme
example, the fact being
that low demand will
cause only Free Banners
banners to appear. You
may want to turn off
targeting if this
happens.
In some cases, we have
reason to suspend
accounts because of lack
of compliance with our
Policies. You should
receive mail with
describing why your
account was suspended.
E-Mail will be sent to
the address in your
profile.
